Aluminium and glass factory for projects in Buraidah, Unaizah and Qassim
Qusoor Al-Sultan delivers aluminium and glass in Buraidah, Unaizah and the wider Qassim region from its factory in Makkah.
How does your project in Qassim start?
With whatever you already have, whether that is a full set of drawings, a specification or simply the measurements of the openings. From there we choose the right system and plan the delivery, following the same path as any project outside Makkah:
- Review of the drawings and specifications, and definition of the scope of works
- Shop drawings and a material take-off from the technical office, where needed
- Fabrication and preparation of the aluminium components at our Makkah factory
- Transport and installation on site, in step with the project's current stage
What is the price difference for aluminium and glass in Qassim?
Projects in Buraidah, Unaizah and nearby towns add 10% to the Makkah price, to transport the fabricated work and install it; the product price does not change. The prices published on our site are Makkah-based and before 15% VAT, so economy-grade windows listed from SAR 325/m² come to SAR 358/m² in Qassim, before VAT.
Works we deliver for Qassim projects
A private villa or a contractor's project in Qassim?
For villas and residential projects, see our villa aluminium works. For contractor projects and tender packages, see our aluminium contractor solutions. And for the majlis facade and its separate entrance in Qassim villas, see majlis glass facades.
The majlis needs one decision before fabrication. It usually faces the street and is used most after dark, when reflective glass stops hiding the room because the lit interior becomes brighter than the street. Frosted glass, a frosted band at eye level or an aluminium mashrabiya in front of the glass keeps it private by day and by night.

Villa owners and residential projects, and contractors working within tender packages.
How do I start a project in Qassim?
Send whatever drawings or measurements you have, and Qusoor Al-Sultan sets the right system and the delivery route.
What is the price difference between Qassim and Makkah?
10% is added to the Makkah price for projects in Buraidah, Unaizah and the surrounding area, to cover transporting and installing the fabricated work; the product price does not change. The prices published on the site are Makkah-based and before 15% VAT, so check them in our guide to aluminium and glass prices, then add this percentage.
Do you install the majlis glass facade in Qassim villas?
Yes. We supply and install the majlis glass facade in aluminium profiles, together with its separate entrance door and windows, and settle the privacy treatment before fabrication, since changing the glass after installation means taking the facade apart.
