Aluminium and glass cost calculator for your project

The aluminium and glass cost calculator prices supply and installation in Makkah and across Saudi Arabia: choose the service and specifications, enter the area, then add your name and number to see the estimate — with no obligation afterwards.

Step 1 of 4

Choose the type of work

Every service has a starting rate, and it rises with the type, grade, glass and options you choose.

Step 2 of 4

Set the specifications

Choose the grade or package that suits you, then adjust anything you like. Each option shows its effect on the price, and under your choice you see what it gives you.

Step 3 of 4

Enter the area

square metres (m²)

Not sure of the area? Multiply width × height in metres for each opening and add them up — a rough figure is enough at this step.

Step 4 of 4

The estimated price for your project

—

— – — SAR

Rate: —, before VAT

Including 15% VAT: — SAR

How did we reach this figure?

These are not random numbers: we start from the m² rate for the service or grade you chose, then add the effect of each specification you picked. Change any option in the previous step and you will see its effect on the price at once.

Where should we send your estimate?

Your estimate is fully calculated. Enter your name and number to see the figure; our technical office then reviews it and issues an itemised quotation. We ask once per type of work on this device.

    • The full estimate with the calculation details
    • An itemised quotation that separates supply from installation
    • A written lead time and the warranty terms

Your number is used for this request only and is never shared with anyone. No marketing messages.

The price above is a preliminary estimate, not a final quotation. The actual price is set after reviewing the measurements, drawings and specifications, with a site visit where needed.

How do you work out your project cost with the calculator?

You work out your project cost with the calculator in 4 steps: choose the type of work, set the specifications, enter the area, then add your name and mobile number to see an estimated price range for supply and installation in Saudi riyals.

    1. Choose the type of work from 11 services: aluminium windows, aluminium doors, curtain wall facades, structural glazing facades, skylights, aluminium cladding, office glass partitions, shower glass partitions, pergolas and shades, louvers and sun breakers, and electric roller shutters.
    2. Set the specifications by choosing the grade or package that suits you, then adjust any option you like; each option shows its effect on the m² rate.
    3. Enter the area in square metres, and the planned start date if you wish. If you are not sure of the area, multiply width × height in metres for each opening and add up the results: a window 150 cm wide and 120 cm high is 1.5 × 1.2 = 1.8 m². If the total is under 3 m², the calculator applies the 3 m² minimum.
    4. Enter your name and mobile number to see the estimated price range before VAT and with 15% VAT added, with a request number starting with QS. We ask for this once per type of work on the same device.

The calculator also asks for the project city. Prices are based on Makkah, and the difference for other cities covers transport and installation only, from 3% in Jeddah and Taif to 10% in Abha, Tabuk and Qassim; the product price does not change.

The result also shows an indicative lead time in working days, counted from approved shop drawings to handover, which grows with the area; windows, for example, take 12–16 working days for an area under 50 m².

This is a preliminary estimate, not an approved quotation. An approved quotation needs the project drawings or measurements, and our technical office follows up with you once your request arrives. You can also contact Qusoor Al-Sultan by phone or WhatsApp.

What sets the cost of aluminium and glass in the calculator?

There is no single “price per metre” in aluminium and glass work, and any figure given before the specifications are fixed is a guess, not a quotation. The lowest rate for each system is published in the aluminium and glass prices 2026 table. These are the items that actually change the cost in each service:

What changes the price of aluminium windows and doors?

The price changes with the profile type and thickness, the opening method (sliding or casement), the number of sashes, the glass type (single or double), the finish and colour, and the hardware. Aluminium bathroom doors differ from entrance doors because the profile and reinforcement are different. Aluminum windows · Aluminium doors.

What does facade cladding cost per m², supplied and installed?

Cladding starts from SAR 180/m² supplied and installed, before VAT, for 4 mm ACP panels in standard colours, from SAR 235 for laser-cut aluminium and from SAR 250 for special colours or a wood look, plus SAR 36/m² when the sub-frame is aluminium instead of steel. Beyond that, the final quotation changes with the panel’s fire-resistance rating, the facade height and access equipment, and the number of cuts, edges and openings. A simple flat facade is a different job from one with many returns and openings. Aluminium cladding.

What changes the m² price of structural glazing and glass facades?

It changes with the glass type, thickness and treatment, the profile used, the facade height and wind loads, the number of opening vents, and the details of how the facade ties into the building. Structural glazing · Curtain wall.

What changes the m² price of tempered (securit) glass?

It changes with the thickness, the treatment (tempered or laminated), the panel size and number of pieces, the number of holes and finished edges, and the fixing method. Holes are made before tempering, so changing them later means a new panel. Tempered glass.

Why do two quotations for the same area of aluminium and glass work differ in price?

Because area is not the only variable. Before comparing, fix the profile, glass, finish and hardware, what the quotation covers in supply and installation, the excluded works and the warranty terms. A cheaper quotation with lower specifications is not cheaper — it is something else.

Do you give prices over the phone?

We give an approximate range when the details are clear, but an approved quotation needs measurements and specifications. Send photos of the openings or the drawings and our technical office will review them. Request a quote.
