Aluminium and glass factory for projects in Madinah and its hotels

Our aluminium and glass work in Madinah follows the same route we use for projects near the Two Holy Mosques: a careful technical review, fabrication in Makkah, then supply and installation on site.

What sets Madinah projects apart?

Most Madinah projects are hotels and hospitality buildings close to the Prophet's Mosque. They repeat one window or facade module across many rooms and floors, so a single wrong dimension is multiplied, and supply has to fit a live construction or renovation schedule. Such projects usually need:

  • A precise review of the drawings and specifications before fabrication
  • Detailed shop drawings from our technical office, above all for facades and for windows that repeat many times over
  • Supply coordinated with the construction or renovation programme on site
  • Careful installation that respects site conditions and, where needed, partial handover stages

We have one factory, in Wadi Jalil, Makkah, and no branch in Madinah. For a hotel that is an advantage: drawings, fabrication and the installation crew all run from one place, which keeps the sizes approved on paper consistent all the way to site.

Does aluminium and glass cost more in Madinah?

Yes, by 5% over Makkah. The uplift pays for transport and on-site installation only; the product price is unchanged, because everything is made in our Makkah factory. Economy-grade windows, for instance, start from SAR 341/m² in Madinah against 325 in Makkah, and curtain wall from SAR 494/m² against 470, supplied and installed, before VAT.

Those are starting rates for the simplest specification in each system. The Makkah base rates, and what moves them up, are set out in our guide to aluminium and glass prices.

Contractor or consultant on a hotel project?

For contractor projects and tender packages, see our aluminium contractor solutions. If the work is coordinated through a consultant or an architectural office, see our page on coordination with facade consultants and architects. Whichever route a Madinah hotel takes, the factory, the technical office and the site team stay the same.

Frequently asked questions

Does Qusoor Al-Sultan serve projects in Madinah?

Yes, through the same approved route as our projects near the Two Holy Mosques: a careful technical review, fabrication in Makkah, then supply and installation on site.

What kind of projects are common in Madinah?

Mostly hotels and residential buildings near the Prophet's Mosque, which need high accuracy in dimensions and finishing.

Who follows up hotel projects in Madinah?

Contractors through our contractor solutions page, and consultants through our page on coordination with consultants and architects.

Is the price of aluminium and glass in Madinah different from Makkah?

It differs by 5% only, added to the Makkah price for transport and on-site installation; the product price stays the same, because fabrication takes place in the same factory in Makkah. The confirmed price of any project, including hotels around the Prophet's Mosque, is set after the technical office reviews the drawings and measurements.

Can a Madinah hotel be supplied and handed over in stages?

Yes. Supply is coordinated with the construction or renovation programme on site, and installation follows partial handover stages where the project needs them.
