A short, specific page: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to ask for it to be deleted.
What data do we collect?
The quote request form on this site has five fields only:
| Field | Why we ask for it |
|---|---|
| Full name | To address you in our reply and quotation |
| Mobile number | To contact you, send the quotation and ask about any missing detail |
| Project city | Because it changes transport, installation and lead time |
| Project stage | To tell whether you need tender pricing or actual execution |
| Works details | To understand the scope, the sizes and the system required |
The cost calculator asks for your name and mobile number, and optionally your email address, and sends with them what you chose in it: the type of work, the specifications, the area, the project city and the start date if you set one, plus the page the request was sent from and the visit source if there is one, so that the estimate appears and the technical office can follow it up under a request number. The calculator also stores the request number and the services you priced in your browser for 90 days, so that you are not asked for your name and number again.
What we do not ask for is clearer than what we do: we do not ask for an ID number, a commercial registration or any bank or card details, and the site has no file uploads and no online payment. If you send drawings or photos, they reach us directly by WhatsApp or email, not through the site.
How it is used and who sees it
It is used for one purpose: studying your request, preparing a quotation and following up the execution if we agree. It is not used for anything else.
- It is not sold, rented or exchanged with any party for marketing purposes.
- Only the people handling your request inside the factory see it.
- If an outside party has to be involved, such as a carrier delivering an order to your city, it receives what the task requires and no more.
- The data may be disclosed if a competent judicial or regulatory authority requests it.
Retention and deletion
Quote requests are kept while a business relationship exists or is likely, and whatever is no longer needed is then deleted. The only exception is what the law requires us to keep: tax invoices and contracts have retention periods set by the accounting and tax rules in Saudi Arabia and cannot be deleted before those periods end.
To request deletion: send a request from the same mobile number or email you contacted us from. This is a condition for verifying your identity, not a formality. You receive confirmation of what was done, and of anything kept because the law requires it, if any.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager to measure the number of visits, the most viewed pages and where visitors come from. This is aggregated statistical data that helps us see which content is actually useful; it does not identify you and is not linked to any quote request you sent.
You can turn it off in your browser settings without affecting how the site works: the pages, the calculator and the request form all work without it.
Your rights under Saudi law
The Personal Data Protection Law in Saudi Arabia gives you specific rights over your data:
- The right to be informed: to know what is collected about you and why, which is what this page explains.
- The right of access: to ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- The right to correction: to correct any inaccurate data.
- The right to destruction: to ask for your data to be deleted where the law does not require it to be kept.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. If you believe your request was not handled as it should be, you have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the authority responsible for personal data protection in Saudi Arabia.
