Makkah — serving projects across Saudi Arabia

Scope of works
What aluminium and glass works do we deliver, from fabrication to installation?
We supply and install aluminium and glass works only: doors and windows, glass facades, architectural glass and shades, each fabricated in our Makkah factory and installed by our own team. Windows start from SAR 325/m², doors from SAR 450/m² and curtain wall from SAR 470/m², supply and installation, before VAT, in Makkah. For fit-out work, the same glass and aluminium scope covers office glass partitions, shower glass and aluminium bathroom doors. On the aluminium side, our work takes in every system: balcony shades and aluminium privacy screens, slatted or laser-cut, and, priced by quote, pivot and arched doors, slimline sliding doors and windows, pocket sliding doors, thermally broken systems and bioclimatic pergolas with motorised louvres.

Technical office
How do we work from drawings to handover?
Every project passes through three linked stages: our technical office reviews the sizes, drawings and specifications, our factory in Makkah fabricates to the approved information, and our execution team supplies and installs on site until handover. Nothing moves to the factory before its sizes and details have been checked.
- Technical office review Drawings, BOQ items and opening sizes are checked, and shop drawings, a material take-off and glass schedules are prepared where the project needs them.
- Fabrication in Makkah Profiles are cut on a double-head saw, machined, crimped and assembled to each opening's size, then checked before they leave the factory.
- Installation and handover Our own team installs on site and follows the work and its snag list through to handover, then maintains what it installed, within the warranty and after it.

Where does Qusoor Al-Sultan work in Saudi Arabia?
Across the Kingdom. We fabricate centrally in Makkah and supply and install on site in Jeddah and Taif, Madinah, Riyadh, the Eastern Province including Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran, and Abha, Tabuk and Qassim. The product is the same everywhere; only transport and installation change the price, by 3% to 10%.
So wherever your project is, your doors, windows and facades are made in our Makkah factory and installed at your site by the same team that measured them.
What do clients say about Qusoor Al-Sultan?
The factory is rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google Maps from 15 reviews, as of September 2026. Clients mention accurate sizes and corners from the automatic cutting and crimping machines, the quality of the finish and punctual timing. Three of those reviews, translated from Arabic:
“They have a complete factory with a double-head saw that cuts corners and profiles automatically, and an automatic crimping machine. That sets them apart as an aluminium factory with accurate sizes and corners, with skilled workers and engineers.”
“Quality, experience and precision in every detail of the work.”
“Clean work and punctual timing. We have taken them on for good, God willing.”
Aluminium factory in Makkah: what does it mean for your project?
It means one company reviews your drawings, fabricates every frame and installs it. Qusoor Al-Sultan cuts, machines and assembles aluminium in its own factory in Makkah, checks sizes and corners before delivery and sends its own team to site, so responsibility for the result never passes between a supplier, a workshop and an installer.
Questions about Qusoor Al-Sultan
What is Qusoor Al-Sultan?
An aluminium, glass and architectural facade factory in Wadi Jalil, Makkah. It has been active since 2018 and has delivered more than 250 projects across Saudi Arabia: aluminium doors and windows, curtain wall, structural glazing, skylights and cladding. It is rated 4.9 out of 5 on Google Maps from 15 reviews.
Is Qusoor Al-Sultan an aluminium company or a factory?
Both. The legal name is Qusoor Al-Sultan Industrial Company, a Saudi limited liability company with commercial registration 4031248158, and the trade name is Qusoor Al-Sultan Aluminium and Glass Factory. You deal with an aluminium and glass company that owns its factory in Wadi Jalil, Makkah, not with a middleman. Among aluminium manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia, Qusoor Al-Sultan is one that makes every frame in its own factory and installs it with its own team.
How do I choose an aluminium company in Saudi Arabia?
Check the company before the price: whether it fabricates in its own factory or resells, whether its commercial registration and VAT number can be verified, whether it reviews drawings before pricing and writes the specification and warranty into the quote, and whether it can show completed work like yours. Our six checks for choosing a factory explain each one.
What is the difference between ordering from a factory and from a shop?
A shop suits a single window or door. A factory has a production line and a technical office that reviews the drawings and prepares shop drawings, so it suits complete villas and projects that come with a bill of quantities and a fixed handover date.
Is the fabrication done inside the factory?
Yes. Cutting, preparation and assembly happen inside our factory in Makkah, and the finished work then goes to site for installation. That is what lets us adjust sizes and corners before anything is delivered.
What do you need from me to start?
The opening sizes or photos of them, the project city and stage, and the type of work. Drawings or a bill of quantities make it faster; if you have none yet, we start from photos and first measurements.
Does Qusoor Al-Sultan work outside Makkah?
Yes. We fabricate centrally in Makkah and supply and install on site in Jeddah, Taif, Madinah, Riyadh, the Eastern Province, Abha, Tabuk, Qassim and other cities across the Kingdom.
Do you maintain the work you install?
Yes. Maintenance and follow-up cover the work the factory installed, within the warranty and after it, for our own customers. Hardware and spare parts for those doors and windows are supplied by the factory too.
